2003 Award Winner

Olney Central College student Tiffany Booker
receives a $500 scholarship from former OCC
President Dr. Hans Andrews, who was the
recipient of the 2003 National Council for
Learning Resources Administrative
Leadership Award. Andrews received a plaque
and the NCLR gave the college scholarship
funds to present to an OCC student.
