Your Answer

The following major errors led to Napoleon’s defeat at the Battle of Waterloo.  The first error was the food.  The food guy forgot to bring the grain inside when it rained.  Because of this, the grain spoiled and the army went hungry. The second error was the ammunition.  The ammunition guy packed the wrong size bullets.  The bullets he did pack did not fit in the rifles, so Napoleon’s men were forced to throw the bullets at the enemy.  The third error was the weather.  Napoleon expected it to be sunny, but it constantly rained.  Because of this, he could not get his artillery up the hills because of the mud. They were ineffective.  The final error had to do with the scouts.  His scouts reported 1000 enemy troops when in fact there were 10,000 enemy troops.  His men were completely outnumbered.  These were the errors that led to Napoleon’s defeat at the Battle of Waterloo.
